Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector through direct B2B sales
- Deliver customized sales presentations and proposals to potential clients in dietary supplements, OTC drugs, and cosmetics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and cross-selling
- Update CRM regularly with client interactions and sales pipeline details
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform and refine sales strategies
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager
- Support marketing initiatives and actively participate in industry events to boost brand visibility
