What You’ll Do
- Counsel prospective students on Nixace’s analytics programs and career paths
- Conduct one-on-one online / offline sessions to understand learner goals
- Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and lead conversions through structured counseling
- Support the admissions process — forms, interviews, and document verification
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to achieve monthly enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate student and counseling data in internal systems
We’re Looking For
Experience : 1–3 years in academic counseling, inside sales, or EdTech advisoryLevel : Associate / Entry to Mid-level role (not suitable for senior professionals or managers)Skills : Excellent English communication, empathetic counseling, confident presentationTools : Basic familiarity with MS Office and CRM softwarePersonality : Energetic, self-driven, and people-oriented with a focus on student successNegotiation : Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities for lead conversion.Why Nixace
