Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior IT Hardware Engineer based in Vadodara. The Senior IT Hardware Engineer will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware systems to ensure optimal performance. The role includes providing technical support, implementing and maintaining network security protocols, and supervising the setup and operation of IT infrastructure. The candidate will also be expected to work closely with IT teams and clients to address system requirements and deliver timely solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware issues and resolving technical problems
• Strong knowledge of Information Technology and experience in Technical Support
• Expertise in Networking and Network Security
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively in an on-site work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications like CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent are a plus
