Experience Ideal experience includes extensive ServiceNow platform knowledge systems integration process optimization and proven ability in leading enterprise level IT projects Responsibilities JD Designing and developing scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Analyzing business requirements to architect effective solutions that enhance functionality and performanceLeading and mentoring technical teams in solution development and implementationIntegrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and ensuring seamless data flowOverseeing and managing customization of the platform while maintaining best practices. Conducting system and solution testing to ensure stability and efficiency Providing expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities to support strategic decisions Ensuring the technical viability of new deployments and continuous improvement of existing solutions\
