The Role

Were looking for a Global IT Systems Engineer with expertise in Windows / macOS support Microsoft 365 Azure Entra ID and CCNA-level networking who thrives in fast-paced startup environments.

This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can support our rapidly growing global workforce while also driving improvements in IT operations through automation and process efficiency.

In this role you will support a distributed team of 30 employees worldwide while also owning local IT infrastructure in Bangalore including Wi-Fi networking and datacentre servers. Youll work closely with the Director of Cyber & AI Security on IT security and systems projects as we scale.

What Youll Do

Global IT Support

• Provide IT support for Windows macOS mobile devices and Linux platforms.
• Triage and resolve tickets in JIRA documenting fixes and building knowledge base content.
