Minimum Qualification :
High School Qualification (IATA or Airline Basic Tariff certification is a plus)
Experience :
Minimum 1 years in airline reservations, ticketing, airport check-ins, or contact centers
Roles and Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat
Sell, up-sell, and cross-sell products and services
Handle new reservations, ticket modifications, refunds, and fare calculations
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information
Escalate complex queries to senior team members as needed
Qualifications & Skills :
Experience with Amadeus GDS is essential
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Ability to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused approach with a problem-solving mindset
Adaptability to new systems and processes
Willingness to work in shifts
