Role Purpose :
To lead and execute marketing and media initiatives that enhance the brand visibility,
positioning, and engagement of Seth M.R.Jaipuria Schools and Jaipuria Institute of
Management at Pan Jaipuria level. The role involves planning, strategizing, and
implementing marketing campaigns—both online and offline—aimed at increasing
admissions, corporate connect, and brand equity in alignment with the organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Marketing & Branding
Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy for admissions, placements,
academic programmes, events, and corporate outreach.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms—print, digital, broadcast, and
on-ground.
Design and roll out brand campaigns (e.g., Open House, Convocation, Faculty
Development Programmes) for internal and external audiences.
Develop an unified Brand Communication Strategy that ensures consistent tone,
messaging, and visual identity across multiple platforms
2. Digital Marketing & Web Presence
Lead digital campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate
quality leads and improve digital visibility.
Manage agency partners for SEO / SEM, social media marketing, content development,
and digital creatives.
Regularly update and audit the website for user experience, accuracy, SEO
performance, and analytics.
3. Social Media & Content Strategy
Oversee the content calendar and storytelling for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,
Twitter, and YouTube.
Curate engaging narratives showcasing student life, placements, faculty
achievements, research, alumni, and campus events.
Promote user-generated content, influencer engagement, and campus branding
through strategic content initiatives.
4. Print & Outdoor Media
Manage print media buying, creative conceptualization, ad releases, and press
communications for campaigns.
Coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely release of high-
impact visuals and messaging.
Oversee outdoor branding (hoardings, bus shelters, metro branding) aligned with
campus-specific needs.
5. Event & PR Management
Design media strategy and collaterals for flagship events : Convocations, Conferences,
HR Summits, and Admission Drives.
Build and manage media relationships for press releases, coverage, and institutional
announcements.
Ensure visibility of brand Jaipuria in top-tier media publications.
6. Budgeting & Reporting
Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget in alignment with goals.
Track ROI on campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Manager, and other
CRM / Lead Management systems.
Submit periodic reports on campaign performance, brand metrics, and student
engagement analytics.
7. Collaboration & Team Management
Collaborate with senior leadership team of the Institute and School to align them on
Brand and Marketing agenda.
Guide and coach a team of 5 to 7 Managers / Dy Managers and delegate the task as per
their potential.

Qualifications & Experience :
Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (MBA preferred).
10–15 years of relevant experience in Education / Edu Tech with at least 5 - 7 years
in a leadership marketing role.
Strong understanding of digital platforms, marketing analytics, media buying, and
institutional branding.
