About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Java Lead with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful API development . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technical design, guiding the development team, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions in an agile setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable microservices using Spring Boot and Java .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement APIs and integrations .
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security principles, and best practices .
• Drive system performance optimization , scalability, and issue resolution.
• Mentor and guide junior developers; perform code reviews and maintain quality standards.
• Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical leadership throughout the SDLC.
