Responsible for generating sales through calling customers and developing opportunities for the sales team through given sales leads.
Briefing the customers on project USPs thoroughly.
Scheduling and conducting meetings with the customers- Understanding the need of customers and offering solutions accordingly.
Auditing the leads and expanding the customer base through referral generations.
Compiling and analyzing sales figures
Collecting customer feedback, market research and keeping up to date with new products launches.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Excellent communication skills
Good at customer follow-up
Should keep the record of feedback-mails / phones
Experience in brand promotion, pre sales would be added advantage
