Preferred candidate profile
- 7–10 years of relevant professional work experience
- Experience in enterprise-grade database systems
- Ability to write SQL queries to carry out data transformation, data investigations & ad-hoc analysis
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel / Word / PPT etc.)
- Any Reporting tool (like Tableau, Power BI) will have added advantages
- Understanding of B2B marketing data management and manipulation
- Fair understanding of marketing platforms like Marketo, Salesforce and other CRM systems
- An analytical and inquisitive approach to B2B marketing data
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills (Verbal & written); ability to provide concise, clear reporting and actionable analysis
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of 3rd party data sources like ZoomInfo, Hoovers, Salesintel, Demandbase etc. for data orchestration is highly desirable
