Position : Senior Engineer – Embedded Electronics HW Development

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days

Area of Responsibility

• Lead the end-to-end hardware development of power electronics systems including BMS and battery management interfaces.
• Define system hardware architecture and component specifications for high-voltage (400V–800V) battery systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, thermal, and systems engineering to ensure seamless integration.
• Oversee simulation, modelling, and analysis of power electronics circuits using tools like PLECS, MATLAB / Simulink, or LTspice.
• Guide PCB layout for high-power designs ensuring EMI / EMC compliance and thermal management.
• Drive validation and testing of prototypes in lab and vehicle environments.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards such as ISO 26262, AEC-Q100, and functional safety.
• Select and integrate components such as MCUs, ADCs, op-amps, shunt resistors, Hall-effect sensors, and isolation devices.

Knowledge / Experience – 3+ Years in a HV-Systems hardware design, Battery management System design, at a lead position
