We're hiring a Paid Media Boss — someone who’s built, optimised, and scaled Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for fast-growing D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands. Not someone who manages ads — someone who owns the outcome .
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and scale paid acquisition across Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
- Build full-funnel strategies — from cold awareness to high-intent retargeting and retention
- Test creatives, audience segments, hooks, copy, and landing pages — continuously
- Collaborate with design, CRO, email, and analytics teams to drive conversion
- Build reports, track CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER — and act on insights
- Manage (or build) a small media buying team — or fly solo like a pro
- Work directly with founders or senior stakeholders and advise on budget and channel mix
