Role Overview
We're seeking a dynamic, GenZ-savvy Content Manager to lead our social media strategy and fuel organic growth on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and more. If you're obsessed with trends, memes, and viral content, and love turning ice cream scoops into shareable moments, this role is your playground. You'll craft engaging stories that resonate with young audiences, boost brand visibility, and turn followers into loyal fans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content calendar tailored for GenZ, focusing on short-form videos, reels, stories, and long-form YouTube content that highlights our ice cream innovations, behind-the-scenes fun, and user-generated challenges.
- Create high-quality, on-brand visuals, captions, and scripts that drive engagement, including collaborations with influencers, UGC campaigns, and trend-jacking.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement rates, conversions) using tools like Instagram Insights and YouTube Analytics to optimize strategies and report on ROI.
- Manage day-to-day posting, community interactions, and growth hacks to increase followers and traffic to our D2C website.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align content with launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and GenZ preferences to keep Get-A-Way at the forefront of digital conversations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.0-4 years of experience in content creation or social media management, preferably for GenZ-targeted brands in FMCG or food & beverage.Proven track record of growing social media accounts (e.g., increasing followers by 50%+ or driving viral campaigns).Expertise in content tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar for video editing and graphic design.Strong understanding of GenZ culture, humor, and digital behaviors; must be active on social platforms personally.Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills with a creative, fun-loving mindset.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility for evening / weekend posts as needed.
