Senior Media Buyer

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. In this role, you’ll manage meaningful budgets, test innovative strategies, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI. You’ll collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to bring high-performing media campaigns to life.

Key responsibilities

Plan, buy, and optimize media across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic, and other channels .

Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and scale campaign performance.

Run A / B testing and experiments to refine targeting, ad creatives, and placements.

Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign data, and report insights with recommendations.

Negotiate with vendors, platforms, and partners to secure the best media opportunities.

Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and emerging opportunities in paid media.

What you’ll bring

4–6+ years of experience in media buying or paid media management , ideally across multiple platforms.

Proven track record of scaling campaigns and delivering measurable results.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with dashboards, attribution models, and reporting tools.

Experience managing significant budgets and making data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-focused mindset.
