The Program Manager – TA Operations will be responsible for driving process efficiency, compliance, and governance across Talent Acquisition operations. This role ensures that requisition accuracy, payments, projections, and compliance processes run without gaps, delays, or risks. The Program Manager acts as the quality gatekeeper and bridges the TA Ops team with leadership, Finance, and other stakeholders
Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :
- Ensure requisition mapping accuracy and track projections with HODs.
- Govern approvals (founder offers, consultant extensions, compliance agreements).
- Oversee TA budgets, provisions, payments, and reimbursements with Finance.
- Monitor access governance for tools (Darwinbox, Zoho, TATA Tele).
- Handle escalations for tools, payments, and internal campaigns.
- Drive continuous improvement in TA Ops processes.
Required Skills & Competencies :
Strong process governance and compliance mindset.Proficiency in HRMS / ATS systems (Darwinbox, Zoho, SAP SuccessFactors).Knowledge of TA budgets, referral processes, reimbursements, and payments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Strong problem-solving and operational discipline.Preferred Background :
5–8 years in HR Ops, TA Ops, or Shared Services Ops.Exposure to compliance-heavy environments in large enterprises or startups.
