Process Expertise : Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle SaaS modules covering Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Acquire to Retire (A2R) business processes.Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.Configuration & Implementation : Configure Oracle Fusion applications to align with business processes and lead functional implementation activities including setup, testing, and deployment.Issue Resolution : Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve functional defects and enhancements.Documentation : Develop functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, user manuals, and training documentation.Integration Support : Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle SaaS modules and other business systems.Change Management : Support change management initiatives, including user training and adoption strategies, ensuring smooth transitions for end users.Compliance & Best Practices : Ensure solutions comply with organizational policies, financial regulations, and leverage Oracle SaaS best practices for scalable and maintainable architecture.Skills Required
