Product Definition Analyst II

The ideal candidate should have good Airline Domain Knowledge.

Prior experience in travel industry will be plus.

Intermediate level of knowledge in one programming languages like C / C++, Java, Python,SQL will be good to have.

Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office tools - Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint and Word, Confluence

Experience in utilizing debugging tools to analyze problems and identify solutions.

Strong customer focus and collaborative work style.

Ability to understand and explain technical information.

Skill in creating customer facing documentations.

Confident, patient and clear communicator with technical and non-technical customers.

Should possess strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills and excellent Interpersonal Skills.

Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments to meet deadlines.
