Associate Director Quality Assurance

Zeno is seeking a Head of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) to define and lead the company's quality assurance function across software platforms, including cloud backend, mobile applications, and embedded systems.

The Role

Zeno is seeking a Head of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) to define and lead the company's quality assurance function across software platforms, including cloud backend, mobile applications, and embedded systems. This is a leadership role that combines technical depth with organizational vision, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and safety.

What You'll Do

• Define and drive the overall QA strategy, roadmap, and processes across cloud, mobile, and embedded systems.
• Build and oversee Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Test Cases for complex software environments.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of automation-first testing and continuous improvement.
• Establish best practices for unit, integration, regression, and system testing within CI / CD pipelines.
• Implement and optimize test automation frameworks to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Oversee defect lifecycle management, root cause analysis, and reporting of quality metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to integrate QA seamlessly into development workflows.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and methods to continuously enhance QA practices.
