What Youll Do
Identify and reach out to potential partners startups and enterprises across industries.
Pitch creative brand recruiting and people communication solutions to clients and partners.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business culture and hiring needs.
Craft partnership proposals decks and solution notes tailored to client objectives.
Build and nurture relationships with CXOs HR / TA leaders and marketing heads.
Manage CRM hygiene follow up proactively and drive the entire BD cycle from lead generation to closure.
Represent StrongYes at ecosystem events webinars and partnership forums.

Qualifications
05 years of experience in business development partnerships or B2B sales.
Prior experience in media HRTech consulting or recruiting solutions is a must.
Strong presentation communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools for lead management.
A genuine interest in how companies build culture communicate brand and engage talent.
