• Discovery Schedules Creation
• Pre-requisites for Discovery and its configurations
• Discovery Issues Troubleshooting
• Discovery Reconsolidation Rules for Effective CMDB
• Complete Hands-on Experience on Developing CMDB using different end points like Private / Public cloud, Intune, NOC, Matrix 42, On-Prem customer environment.
• Service Mapping Overview
• Pre-requisites for Service Mapping and its configurations
• Service Mapping Configuration Via Manual
• Service Mapping Configuration Via Automatic
• CI Relationships
• Reports and Dashboards

Good to Have :
