About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team and support end-to-end hiring for Teva Pharmaceuticals positions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for Teva or within the pharmaceutical / life sciences industry, along with strong stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to manage high-volume and niche hiring.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various Teva Pharma roles (R&D, QC / QA, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Corporate, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates
• Source talent using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and market mapping
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate fit
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback loop, candidate communication, and offer negotiation
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and deliver timely hiring updates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and adhere to compliance and hiring standards
• Track and report recruitment metrics regularly
