Job Summary :

As a Talent Acquisition Executive , you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities — from understanding client requirements to sourcing, screening, and placing the right candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and organizational culture.

Source potential candidates using internal databases, job portals, social media, and networking.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and client expectations.

Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure timely feedback.

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — sourcing to joining.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Stay updated on current hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry insights.

Achieve individual and team hiring targets within specified timelines.

Key Skills & Competencies :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of various recruitment channels and techniques.

Proficiency with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and requirements simultaneously.

Good negotiation and relationship management skills.

Results-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Educational Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree

MBA / PGDM in HR preferred will be added advantage.

0–1 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably in a consultancy environment).

Experience hiring across multiple industries and functions will be an added advantage.
