Role Overview
The Corporate TA Intern will assist the HR & TA team in end-to-end recruitment activities across various corporate functions such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, Design, E-commerce, Retail, and Supply Chain. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hiring, people processes, and building strong candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hiring & Sourcing
Source relevant profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals
Screen resumes based on role requirements and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
2. Candidate Management
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Ensure smooth interview experience and follow-ups
Manage candidate pipeline on ATS / Excel sheets
3. Recruitment Operations
Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social platforms
Assist in planning hiring campaigns and employer branding activities
Track hiring metrics and prepare weekly dashboards / reports
4. HR Support
Support onboarding and documentation activities
Assist HR team in miscellaneous people operations tasks when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's / Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of hiring processes & job market trends
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR tools
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Detail-oriented with a positive attitude to learning
Preferred Added Skills
Prior internship experience in HR / Recruitment (optional)
Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and job boards (Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, etc.)
Interest in fashion, retail, or D2C industry
