We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our product-based company in the Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of experience in data engineering, data modeling, governance, and platform administration. This role involves building and maintaining scalable data models using Snowflake, managing data pipelines, optimizing performance, and ensuring data quality and compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust data solutions that drive actionable insights and improve healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, build, test, and maintain scalable data models using Snowflake.
• Administer Snowflake environments, monitor system health, and ensure performance optimization.
• Manage and optimize Snowflake virtual warehouses for cost-efficiency and scalability.
• Promote self-service and decentralized data ownership across teams.
• Enforce data governance policies to maintain standardization, data quality, and compliance.
• Provide technical assistance and cross-training to team members.
• Participate in design sessions and prepare technical design documentation and diagrams.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Mentor engineers to support team growth and professional development.
• Collaborate with senior engineers in the Registry Architecture Review Board.
• Ensure delivery quality and provide support for production services.
