Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Engineer Maintenance - Machine Tools, located in Pune. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, of machine tools. The role involves overseeing tooling design, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of equipment to support production goals. The individual will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance machine performance. Predictable maintenence practices, spare parts management, uptime management of every resource

Qualifications

• Experience in Troubleshooting and ensuring optimal operation of machine tools
• Strong experience in Repairs, maintenence and diagonising of failures and preventive measures
• Close collboration with Machinery suppliers and their Service team
• Skills in Tooling Design and configuring machine components
• Proficiency in Programming for automation or tool enhancement
• Software Development knowledge to support machine diagnostics and tools
• Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical or related disciplines
