Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Lucknow. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include answering calls, responding to emails, resolving issues, and offering estate planning guidance. The representative will also be responsible for upholding Vaseeyatnama's high standards of customer care and professionalism.

• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering excellent Customer Service
• Skills in enhancing Customer Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle and resolve issues efficiently
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the legal or technology industries is a plus
