About The Role :

As a Principal Tech Lead_iOT Driven Digital Solutions, youll be the driving force behind the design, architecture, and performance optimization of products that process massive data transactions and sensor-driven information in real time.

Youll work closely with cross-functional teams - from product to design to hardware - to ensure our systems perform seamlessly with sub-second responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect, design, and implement scalable systems handling large volumes of real-time data.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams in building IoT-based solutions integrating multiple data sources and sensors.
• Optimize data processing, pipelines, and API responses for sub-second performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams to ensure efficient sensor data integration and communication.
• Drive end-to-end technical decisions - from architecture to deployment - ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Establish best practices for coding, reviews, and system scalability.
• Stay hands-on in high-impact technical areas, while guiding and mentoring others
