Design Engineer in Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Trials & Approval of Sample On receipt instruction and relevant documents, prepare actual drawing on the basis of available documents and work for its materialistic development.
• After this work done, arrange primary trail of the product. On successful complementation of primary trial, conduct testing and trials on the sample product in presence of Design Head, Sr. Design Engineer and client rep. .
• Verify working and quality parameters against the design and technical specifications under guidance of Quality Manager.
• Prepare documents related to sample products. Submit sample to Sr. Design Engineer. Make improvements in sample as per suggestions. Prepare final sample product and again submit it to Sr. Design Engineer.
• Analysis & Continual Improvement Support to take ongoing review of design and development department. Assess performance against goals and benchmarks. Identify performance gaps and areas of improvements alongwith Design Head or in his absence.
• Take measures to improve performance of design & development department . 5S & Kaizen Ensure implementation of 5S & Kaizen in your work area.
• MIS & Reporting Compile and prepare daily / monthly reports related to design and development department and submit to Management as per requirement.
