Job description9 to 11 years of relevant experience Bachelors / Masters in IT, Business Administration, or related field. Role : A confident, certified Scrum Master with deep expertise in agile frameworks and a proven track record of removing roadblocks to deliver quality results.

What youll do :
- Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe SSM certification mandatory
- Familiar with Jira & Confluence for seamless sprint and project management
- Knowledge of CI / CD and DevOps tooling / processes is a plus
- Background in BFSI or peer banking sectors is highly desirable
- Experience with agile delivery, preferably with Microsoft products like Dynamics & data transformation
