Roles and Responsibilities :
Business Development, Partnerships and Alliances - Digital SME lending :
- A target oriented role working with the business and product teams in business development, identifying and forging Partnerships and Alliances for scaling up the SME lending product / SME loan book.
Activities and Tasks :
Lead the new SME lending business and product initiative to cater to SME segment of customersActively work with the various teams for developing the SME lending product based on product - market fit / market research and feedbackCurate SME product for forging strategic partnerships and alliances and work alongside product team for integration - scale the partnerships over a period of timeLiaison with internal marketing / sales team in driving customer outreach programs / lead gen efforts and Soft skills (communication / collaboration) for engaging and managing business partnershipsUnderstanding customer behaviour for curating and developing SME focussed digital lending productsExperience and Qualification
Experience of 5-8 years in the role of new business development and partnership / alliancesSME lending focussed experience preferredMBA / PGDM from Top Tier 1-schools(ref : iimjobs.com)
