Job Summary We are seeking an accomplished and visionary individual to join our Data / Analytics / Performance Management team. This pivotal role is designed to be at the heart of our ongoing transformation journey, specifically focusing on leveraging data, advanced analytics, and process optimization to elevate our operational efficiency and effectiveness. The successful candidate will not only drive strategic improvements but also foster a data-first mindset within our teams, directly impacting our ability to deliver superior banking services and achieve significant operational milestones.

Key Responsibilities Strategy

• Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive data strategy for operations functions, identifying and prioritizing key analytical initiatives that drive tangible business outcomes (e.g., cost reduction, increased profitability, reduced error rates).

Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field from an accredited institution. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CFA) would be a significant advantage.
