(Immediate Start) Senior Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager who thrives in high-performance environments and is passionate about building scalable, high-quality products. You will lead a cross-functional team of talented engineers, shaping our technology, architecture, and delivery processes.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong engineering background and hands-on product development experience, who has transitioned into a managerial role or is a Tech Lead looking to grow into Engineering Leadership.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Leading and mentoring a team of up to 15 engineers to deliver high-impact features and products.
• Driving the design, development, and delivery of scalable back-end and front-end systems.
• Owning end-to-end delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and performance benchmarks are met.
• Working closely with Product Managers, Architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Guiding the team on technical challenges, design reviews, code quality, and architecture discussions.
• Contributing to hands-on coding in critical modules and design prototyping as needed.
• Promoting engineering best practices including CI / CD, testing, monitoring, and reliability.
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement and high ownership within the team.
• Attracting, retaining, and developing top-tier engineering talent.
