Specific Responsibilities
Communication : Draft / edit correspondence; handle stakeholder inquiries with timely responses
Excel Mastery : Create / analyze pivot tables; generate decision-making reports
Stakeholder Coordination : Schedule meetings; prepare agendas / minutes; track action items
General Support : Manage calendars / travel / expenses; organize events; maintain filing systems
Deliverables : Weekly task reports; monthly pivot table reports; timely updates
Qualifications
4+ years as Administrative Assistant supporting multiple stakeholders
Advanced Excel – Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting
Fluent English (written / spoken)
Excellent organization and multitasking in fast-paced settings
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace
Experience with meetings / events / cross-team coordination
Success Metrics
