This role requires a strong understanding of various applications and technologies a commitment to maintaining stringent access procedures and the ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders to resolve access-related issues efficiently. The Supervisor will play a critical role in upholding a robust internal control environment ensuring compliance with organizational policies and audit requirements
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Lead mentor and manage a team of Access Administration specialists overseeing daily deliverables and ensuring high-quality service.
Monitor and ensure the timely and accurate processing of access requests changes and revocations for various applications and technologies.
Serve as a primary point of contact for access-related inquiries working closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their needs and provide effective resolutions.
Ensure a robust internal control environment is maintained within access administration processes to support compliance objectives.
Proactively monitor system and application access for anomalies or issues.
Possess and maintain basic knowledge of various enterprise applications and underlying technologies relevant to access management.
Qualifications
BCA or MCA with minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience. Preferably experience Ford legacy and IERP systems.
Flexible for Shifts
Excellent communication Verbal and written.
