Key Responsibilities :
- Understand demand patterns and collaborate with hub, region, and state teams to generate accurate demand forecasts.
- Design and implement sales strategies to increase the number of curated venue and vendor partners across MMW and Venue Management functions.
- Develop and execute conversion strategies to maximize monetization through vendor and venue relationships.
- Create and implement pricing strategies to enhance Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).
- Establish effective service delivery processes to improve conversions and increase revenue.
- Drive continuous improvement in customer relationship management, customer satisfaction, and vendor / venue relationships.
- Develop proposals for new business opportunities, innovative plans, service enhancements, technology upgrades, and strategic long-term tie-ups with vendors / venues.
- Ensure optimal team performance by motivating, engaging, and retaining critical and high-performing team members.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
Extensive experience in revenue-oriented sales and operations roles.Proven track record in leading large field sales teams.Strong expertise in B2B sales and relationship management.Experience in creating, developing, and executing comprehensive sales strategies.Sound knowledge of partner acquisition, development, and relationship management.Strategic thinking and ability to channel various business streams.Bachelor's degree and full-time MBA from reputed B-Schools.10–15 years of experience managing large sales forces, preferably in E-Commerce, Consumer Internet, real estate, or hospitality domains.Skills Required
