Machine & Equipment Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of electrical systems using EPLAN, including panel manufacturing (in-house or outsourced).
• Review BOMs, costings, material planning, and execution for all projects.
• Oversee the development and deployment of OT software, including PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming.
• Drive standardization across electrical designs and OT programming to improve efficiency and quality.
• Ensure projects meet target timelines, budgets, and quality standards from an electrical and OT perspective.
• Lead and support the OT team, plan work, manage resources, and review team performance.
• Conduct regular meetings with electrical teams to align project goals and deadlines.
• Coordinate with external partners and cross-functional teams (CFT) for outsourced projects.
• Integrate third-party automation hardware such as servo motors, valve banks, and power sources.
• Implement automation technologies including robotics, machine vision, motion control, and electrical design using EPLAN.
