Description
We are urgently looking for a US IT Recruiter with 1-4 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our clients in the US. The position is open for multiple locations in India.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit top talent for our clients in the US using various job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the job
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and clients in the US IT industry
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in our database
- Meet or exceed monthly recruitment targets
