Duck Creek Developer

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Duck Creek Developer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance IT and hands-on experience across the Duck Creek Suite.

As a Duck Creek Developer, you will play a key role in designing, configuring, developing, and supporting insurance solutions using Duck Creek tools. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement policy, billing, and claims modules while ensuring seamless integrations and adherence to industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Development & Configuration :

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Duck Creek tools including : - Express, Server, Author, Transact, Forms, User Admin
• Build and customize forms, transact events, custom server requests, and APIs.
• Implement and support Duck Creek shredding for downstream data processing.
• Configure and manage E2 / E3 environments (E3 experience is a plus).
• Work on CBO integration, runtime debugging, and API integrations.
• Manage and optimize Duck Creek SQL databases, SQL Server jobs, and objects.
• Support Data Fix and Batch Process Requests.
• Participate in the installation and configuration of Duck Creek products.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of implemented solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1. XSLT, XML, HTML5, SQL

2. OOP languages : C#, Java, VB.NET, or JavaScript
