Team Management & Leadership

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and maintain high performance.

Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide coaching for continuous improvement.

Monitor team productivity, allocate requisitions, and ensure adherence to recruitment KPIs and SLAs.

Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Individual Contributor Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies.

Conduct detailed candidate assessments and ensure a high-quality interview experience.

Manage salary negotiations and ensure smooth offer rollout and onboarding coordination.

Stakeholder & Client Management

Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and define hiring strategies.

Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.

Ensure strong communication and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Strategy

Optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and quality.

Track industry trends, market conditions, and competitor insights to refine sourcing strategies.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Ensure compliance with hiring policies, documentation standards, and audit requirements.

Strong leadership and people-management skills

Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking)

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-volume hiring

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Knowledge of ATS / HRIS systems and recruitment tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
