Role Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Platform Lead to own and drive the Salesforce strategy, delivery, and governance across Sales cloud and Data cloud. This is a leadership role requiring deep multi-cloud expertise, strong stakeholder management, and a focus on scalable and high-performing solutions.

Reports to CTO

Key Responsibilities :

• Platform Strategy & Ownership :
• Own the Salesforce platform roadmap, ensuring alignment between business priorities and technology delivery across Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and integrations.
• Execution & Oversight :
• Lead and manage the internal Salesforce team to ensure high-quality delivery, code reusability, and adherence to platform governance standards.
• Technical Leadership :
• Provide architectural oversight and hands-on guidance across multi-cloud Salesforce implementations. Drive best practices in scalable architecture, integration patterns, data model design, and platform performance optimization.
• Solution Delivery & Governance :
• Lead solution reviews, validate design decisions, manage build-vs-buy choices, and enforce development standards across internal and external teams. Ensure compliance with platform governance, release management, and data security protocols.
• Stakeholder Collaboration :
• Collaboration with the business leadership, CXOs, and implementation partners to deliver the BRD and releases on the SFDC platform.
• Vendor & Resource Management :
• Manage third-party vendors and drive internal capability development across functional and technical roles on the Salesforce platform.
