Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant based in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Assistant will assist in various day-to-day HR activities, including managing HR records, HRMS, benefits administration, and employee training. The role will also involve supporting HR management with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficiency with Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS)
• Experience in Benefits Administration and Training
• Proficiency in Payroll Generation and Knowledge in all the Compliances
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous experience in the food industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
