Roles & Responsibilities
Payroll
- Collect and verify employee timesheets and attendance data.
- Assist with the processing of monthly payroll.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Employee Management
Onboard new employees : prepare new hire paperwork, conduct orientation, and set up employee files.Maintain up-to-date employee records (personal information, job titles, salary, etc.).Administer employee benefits and leave management.Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns.Assist in performance management and disciplinary actions.General Administration
Organize and maintain HR files, both physical and digital.Assist in planning company events and employee engagement activities.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Provide administrative support to the HR team.Recruitment
Assist in job description creation and posting on various platforms.Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.Skills
