Talent Acquisition Manager
- Conduct regular reviews with customers and stakeholders (HRBPs, business leaders) on progress of talent acquisition; deliver on project and business requirements
- Establish and enforce workflows, processes, and procedures to ensure positive customer experience and exceed expectations
- Recommend and utilize effective sourcing channels, media platforms, and branding activities to promote Goodyear recruitment needs
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for niche and critical roles requiring expertise in hiring and stakeholder management
- Develop and coach Talent Acquisition Specialists and team members through continuous feedback and career discussions to maintain a motivated and high-performing team
- Communicate and articulate expectations to team members; realign when necessary; gather inputs to improve engagement
- Make decisive actions on performance, motivation, and development concerns of team members
Experience Requirements :
10+ years hands-on technical recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years in a team lead or management roleExperience in global or multi-national environments preferredHiring expertise in software engineering, data science, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformationStrong knowledge of tech talent market and skills for technical rolesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage senior leaders and hiring managersExperience in fast-paced, high-growth or global capability centers preferredSkills Required
