Key Responsibilities :

Fund Operations Oversight :

Take charge of the entire spectrum of fund operations, including trade processing, reconciliation, NAV calculation, and investor servicing.

Fund Accounting :

Ensure accurate and timely recording of all fund transactions, including income, expenses, and capital activity.

Setting up of Process :

Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement within the fund operations workflow.

Regulatory Compliance :

Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and reporting obligations.

Relationship Management :

Serve as a key point of contact for external stakeholders, including fund administrators, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Build and maintain strong relationships to support the effective operation of the funds.

Risk Management :

Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with fund operations, ensuring robust controls are in place to safeguard fund assets and maintain data integrity.

Requirements :

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in fund operations, preferably with exposure to AIFs

Strong understanding of fund accounting principles and practices, including familiarity with NAV calculation, performance measurement, and financial reporting.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
