Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Fulfillment Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems quickly, and can work closely with both operations and tech teams to improve efficiency and automation.
What You’ll Do
Monitor daily booking, cancellation, and refund queues
Coordinate with fulfillment partners to resolve operational issues
Identify opportunities for automation and collaborate with the tech team to execute them
Support the Business Development (BD) and Tech teams with travel domain knowledge
Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for process optimization
Assist during critical issues , ensuring smooth and timely resolutions
Requirements
Core Experience
5+ years experience in travel operations
Strong knowledge of airline booking, ticketing, amendments, cancellations, and refund processes
Deep expertise in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
Technical Skills
Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
Ability to perform data analysis and create operational insights
Experience identifying process gaps and proposing automation ideas
Soft Skills
Strong coordination and communication abilities
Quick problem-solving mindset; able to act fast under pressure
Ownership-driven, reliable, and comfortable handling critical real-time issues
