Digital Media QA Analyst

Your responsibility as a Creative QA Analyst : Creative QA Analyst is responsible for testing responsive emails, banners, OLA, and advanced creative components such as rich media, landing pages and whole web sites (depending on seniority). The individual in this position must be familiar with designer software such as Photoshop, illustrator and in design, have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery, as well as general understanding of back[1]end and mobile technologies. Within more senior positions the individual must have fluency in test case management tools and should show mentoring skills.

• Perform daily QA tasks (defect tracking, testing, etc.)
• Perform creative testing : Banner, design, email, rich media, videos
• Analyze requirements and keep track of the new requirements for the project
• Report critical issues and work with the QA Lead / Manager to resolve them
• Prepare and update QA documentation
• Promote a culture that is oriented towards quality and productivity
• Has maintained positive, trust-based relationships with Offshore and Onshore team members
• Has created a workshop and presented it to teammates
• Has responded to conflicts with flexibility, communicating assertively and suggesting improvements
• Has worked in creative testing projects providing prompt follow up and completion reports
• Has the ability to assign tasks, functions, power, and authority to employees while maintaining knowledge of the progress
• Has the ability to express and receive messages with clarity and precision verbally and nonverbally in different situational contexts You will fit right in if you have
