Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Engage prospective clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements
- Conduct detailed needs analysis and develop customized solutions tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with sales teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and product demos
- Serve as a subject matter expert on product offerings, demonstrating deep feature and value knowledge
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support throughout sales cycles
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue
- Conduct market research to identify tender, contract, and RFP opportunities
- Monitor online tender databases and procurement portals for new business prospects
- Review tender documents thoroughly and tailor proposals to meet requirements and evaluation criteria
- Explore strategic partnerships to enhance bidding capabilities and improve win chances
- Ensure proposal compliance, accuracy, and competitiveness; seek feedback to improve quality
- Follow up on bids post-submission and collect feedback for continuous improvement
- Track tender history and lessons learned to refine future bids
- Stay informed on industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively
- Provide product teams with client and market feedback for product improvement
Requirements :
5+ years of proven experience in Presales, Solutioning, Bid Management within IT / SaaSInternational presales experience mandatoryExperience with RFQ, Bid Management, and Tendering processes preferredBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldStrong understanding of enterprise software and industry applicationsExcellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong follow-up and negotiation abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment collaborativelyDemonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills for client-centric solutionsPassionate about customer satisfaction and experience deliveryWillingness to travel for client meetings and industry eventsSkills Required
