Job descriptionGraduate in any stream (design background preferred, not mandatory). 1.5 – 2.5 years of experience in a digital / creative / advertising agency. Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, social campaigns, digital-first design, and print media work (brochures, posters, packaging, OOH, etc.). Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator; knowledge of Figma (or similar tools) is a plus. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and layout. Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL E) is an added edge. Comfortable collaborating across teams and open to constructive feedback. Shape the look and feel of a fast-growing brand. Work in a team that values creativity, experimentation, and bold ideas. See your designs reach thousands (and soon millions) of users. - Prep files, export assets, and make handoffs smooth for developers, vendors, and printers.
- Experiment, play, and inject fresh ideas into our design language.
- Stay updated on design trends—and know when to break the rules.
