Immediate Requirement – Java Lead

Location : Gurugram (Work from Office)

Experience : 9+ Years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Java Lead with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful API development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technical design, guiding the development team, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions in an agile setup.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable microservices using Spring Boot and Java.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement APIs and integrations.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security principles, and best practices.
Drive system performance optimization, scalability, and issue resolution.
Mentor and guide junior developers; perform code reviews and maintain quality standards.
Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical leadership throughout the SDLC.

Technical Skills Required

Strong proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

Hands-on experience in RESTful API design and development.

Experience with CI / CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes (preferred).

Proficiency with SQL / NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, etc.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is an added advantage.

Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Profile

✅ Minimum 9 years of professional experience in Java-based development.

✅ Proven experience in leading teams or technical leadership roles.

✅ Strong communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
