Experince-7-12years Key Responsibilities - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Identify new business opportunities within client accounts.
Partner with clients to forecast demand and align talent pipelines.
Ensure client satisfaction through regular feedback sessions and issue resolution.
Participate in technical calibration calls with clients.
Work closely with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure candidate profiles meet technical expectations.
Provide technical insights during candidate shortlisting, interviews, and client discussions.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Liaise with recruitment / delivery teams to translate client requirements into hiring strategies.
Drive timely submission of quality profiles to clients.
Support pre-sales activities, such as solution discussions and capability presentations. Must-Have Skills - 5+ years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years in client-facing
